The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service staff were cheerful and helpful. The one letdown was a male receptionist who was rude and unhelpful.

The location, price, and facilities were good. The pool was relaxing, and having scooter rentals onsite was really convenient. Still, hospitality was disappointing, and there’s no elevator or customer service for luggage. You have to carry your own bags, so good luck if you’re on the third floor! Be careful when booking online too. They weren’t responsive, and the booking was non-refundable. We accidentally chose the wrong dates and got no refund or support.

We stayed for a month and came back again for a few days with friends. The price is excellent for the room size and location. Each room has handy storage by the entrance, which families will appreciate. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and simple. Regular cleaning is okay, though not to the highest standard. You can ask for specific things and they’re happy to help. The pool is clean and a good size. It never got too crowded, and we often had it to ourselves. For monthly stays, they provide bedsheets and pillows, but you need to bring or supply everything else, including drinking water, a kettle, microwave, and towels. Even so, it was definitely worth it, and you can walk to many great places from here. One accessibility point: the monthly rooms are on the top floor, up a few flights of stairs. That was hard for me, as I was usually carrying a lot of children’s gear.

We had a comfortable stay, with the pool cafe as a highlight. The place is close to the lively old town area. The lady at reception was very helpful and also a good photographer. A very good stay overall.
