The Elements Boutique House

The women who run this lovely boutique hotel are very nice. It’s in a perfect spot for exploring old town, yet the street stays quiet. We did notice construction nearby, but barely heard anything, so maybe it’s finished now.

The staff were so kind and gentle, and made this feel like home for the few days we were there. We stayed three days in this beautifully renovated house. Even though we arrived late at night, check-in went smoothly, and the room exceeded what we expected. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. We’re definitely planning to come back.

We stayed in the Aqua room for three nights, and it felt spacious, relaxing, and so well laid out, almost like being in a spa. The decor is fabulous, mixing modern touches with local design, and the skylights made waking up naturally lovely. The woman managing the house is the sweetest, and her friendly manner made the stay feel extra special. The location is hard to beat, about a 90-second walk from old town’s center, Michelin restaurants and stalls, and the Sunday night market. The street is quiet, a nice escape when the crowds get tiring. There was construction during our stay, but we were told well in advance and weren’t disturbed. I’ll book here for future Phuket trips.

I couldn’t find anything in the booking notes saying check-in was self-service or that every guest had to send a passport copy to receive the entry password. There was also no staff on hand, despite what other reviews said. Can the hotel owner clarify?
