Mia and Husna made a great impression at reception from the moment I arrived. They were both welcoming, professional and attentive. Mia had a warm smile and made check-in smooth and pleasant. She patiently answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable right away. Husna was efficient, polite and detail-oriented, handling everything quickly while still being genuinely courteous. It was clear he cares about good service. Their hospitality set a positive tone for the stay, and they're a real asset to the team.

Kianna made check-in a really pleasant experience at Zephyr Grand Hotel. We arrived early, but she arranged an early check-in with a big smile and was kind and helpful throughout. The place doesn't look as good as the booking site pictures. Rooms are worn and need updating, and some have damp, which is a health hazard. Check-in was simple but inefficient. We were booked for 3 PM, arrived at 10 PM, and our rooms still weren't ready. The staff were friendly but had very little authority. They couldn't upgrade us without charging, even if they wanted to, and weren't allowed to take responsibility for mistakes. It took more than an hour of arguing to get a different room, and that one had damp too.

The receptionist let us into our room at noon even though check-in was meant to be at 3 pm, which was so kind after our journey. We really appreciated it. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout. Thanks especially to the receptionist for being so kind and professional. We had a great stay and would happily return and recommend the hotel.
