The front desk staff seemed pleasant when we stopped by the day before check-in. When we came back the next day, their attitude was the complete opposite. It felt like they had our money and no longer cared. They were unfriendly, curt when we asked questions, and nearly rude. We asked for a couple of extra pillows and were told they cost 200 baht per day each. I've never stayed at a hotel that charged for a few extra pillows. Service was very poor. Thankfully we only stayed two days. Never again.

Staff were kind, and the location was good. Outside it was very loud, but indoors it was okay. My view wasn't great, though I could see the mountains and sea. The room was dim at night and had a terrace with a table and chairs. It also had a big bathroom with a bathtub, but the shower temperature was tricky, going from hot or very hot to cold. There's laundry service, luggage storage, and massage below the hotel. You can get an umbrella if it rains, and ask reception for a laundry basket to take to your room.

We came for two days, liked it so much, and came back again. It feels like a peaceful resort, even though the chaos is nearby if that's what you're after. The restaurant was really good and well priced, and the drinks were 11/10. Breakfast was great for the price, and the staff were friendly and spoke English well. Best hotel I've stayed at in Thailand.

Those were the worst two nights I've had in Thailand. The hotel had construction going on every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, but management and reception never told me before I finished booking and paid. It felt like the drill was sleeping in the room with us. Reception should have disclosed the work before payment, but their love of money seems to have won.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. C&N Hotel is in a great spot, about a three-minute walk from Bangla Street junction and Central Patong. Highly recommend it!
