It's clean, and the staff are friendly. For the price, it's a good place to stay short or long term. Being near the university means there are lots of amenities for college students. You can catch the Bangkok shuttle on the university's south side, and the 30 baht trip to Bang Wa (BTS) is a cheap way to travel.
