The location is the one real plus, right across from the beach. If you just need a cheap place nearby, it might work, but I’d seriously think about paying more to stay somewhere else. Our room didn’t look cleaned when we arrived: there were dead bugs on the floor and food scraps on the desk. The hotel is in bad shape, with torn-up flooring and broken things around, and the rooms have no soundproofing, so you hear everyone. They also leave everything unplugged, so if you’re bringing food, the fridge won’t be cold when you get there. You have to plug it in and wait for it to cool. Don’t expect basics like soap, shampoo, lotion, or even toilet paper. There wasn’t a bathroom bin either, so I guess you’re meant to flush it. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. You get what you pay for, and it evidently isn’t much.

The beach is just across the street, and the location was really nice. It was peaceful and beautiful, though there was quite a bit of trash in some places. Red flags were posted along the beach even though the water was very calm and people were swimming. We thought maybe someone had forgotten to take the flags down. For a quick overnight stay by the beach, the place was probably worth the money, but it wasn’t especially clean or organised. There was room for three, and the room had a fridge, rice cooker, dishes, and a few other useful supplies. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The sofa bed could technically sleep two, but it was so uncomfortable that one of us slept on the floor instead. There’s a German restaurant downstairs with some tasty food. I also waited nearly 40 minutes at checkout for someone to confirm I was done. Apparently they’d forgotten, and someone finally noticed me in the waiting area and seemed surprised I was still there. Nobody had told us we could leave. 😅

The rooms were old and hadn’t been renovated, and the place felt like an abandoned, scary hotel. What I saw didn’t match the pictures in the booking app, and the price didn’t feel fair for the condition of the rooms.
