The room was reasonably priced and acceptable, but its condition and the service didn't impress me much. The towel rack was loose, and when I mentioned it at checkout, staff said it was normally like that. That response was why I lowered my rating. I found a room here during a busy holiday when most hotels in the province were already full. It was the second hotel I called that still had availability. I wasn't happy with the room I first booked, so I called around from my car while waiting. Later I learned the staff and security guard had looked for another room and eventually arranged one that suited my request.

The location is quiet but still close to things, with a Robinson less than five minutes away and several local restaurants nearby. The building is brand new and very clean. The owner was kind, helpful, and fluent in Thai and English. Daily and monthly rooms are available. I'd recommend staying here.

Stopped for the night while cycling to the Mekong. Nice place, and the hosts were warm and helpful.

I was told a single room cost 450 THB per night, with a 200 THB room deposit and the balance due at checkout. I agreed and paid the deposit. Then the clerk knocked on my door while on the phone with the owner, who said the rate was 500 THB per night and demanded full payment immediately. After paying, I asked for my deposit back, but they refused and said it had become a key deposit instead. Very unprofessional way to do business. 😠😠😠
