The quiet location and effective air-conditioning were positives, but at this price I'd recommend going somewhere else. The hotel is getting old, and the amenities and appliances show it. My first room smelled strongly, though the staff moved me and the next one was better. The bedroom light fixtures buzz, and several gym machines are broken. The gym also isn't well maintained.

They only provide one key card, which seems easy to lose since you have to take it from the holder and insert it again each time. Their penalty for losing it feels wildly unfair and like a way to make extra revenue. Why charge customers more than the card's original cost? I think it should be no more than 20-30THB.

The parking was fine, right beside reception, and the location is handy for nearby bars and restaurants. I had a nice stay. The shower took a while to warm up, but otherwise everything was fine.

The bed was large and cozy, better than what I’ve found at many local hotels. Rooms start at 35 sq. m., so even the smallest one feels roomy enough for most guests. The Japanese-style service apartment has helpful staff and refrigerators and microwaves in every room. It’s practical for working from the hotel, with lots of food shops nearby, a small cafe by reception, outside laundry service, and in-room dining until 4 p.m. Breakfast choices aren’t very varied, though food delivery is an option.

There’s plenty around the hotel, and the location made everything easy for us. Our room was large and comfortable, with good furniture, a separate toilet, and both a shower and a bathtub. It was very clean, and breakfast was good. Parking is limited, but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot.
