The room was nice, the service was good, and the WiFi worked well. Parking is limited, though, and the room was wet after I showered. Recommended.

We really enjoyed staying at The Nine place. Everything was 10/10, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is lovely, clean, and reasonably priced, and the front desk staff are still polite and friendly. I've stayed here regularly because I value the staff, clean rooms, and fair prices, so this last visit was a letdown. The safety issue worried me most. I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was at work, but came back to find the door unlocked and the key and keycard left inside. Luckily, nothing was missing. The lights and AC had also been left on, which wastes a lot of energy. Leaving a room open with the key inside instead of returning it to the front desk is a serious security lapse. There was also a delay with my deposit refund. I transferred it straight away at check-in, but when I checked out around 8:00 AM, I was told the money would be returned by noon. It didn't arrive until after 1:00 PM. As a regular guest, I didn't expect that, especially when guests are expected to pay promptly. I know some things may be outside the front desk team's control. I hope management improves these security and operating practices to meet the standard I've experienced here before.

It's modern, very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The parking on the small lot is inadequate, though, and there aren't many amenities close by. I'm a Top 10% global reviewer of Hotels & Resorts.
