I arrived tired at 10:30 PM and couldn't believe the price they quoted: 70 USD. That's a lot in a country where average income is below 140 USD. When I tried to leave, the receptionist asked what I was willing to pay, so I haggled the price down to 30 USD. Even that is still a lot.

The water pressure kept changing, and the toiletries were very limited, just two drops of shampoo and a 2x3 cm piece of soap. The internet in the rooms didn't work.
