The staff member's rude, unprofessional behavior was what most damaged our stay. We arrived late after a delayed flight, exhausted, and were pressured to pay for an extra room. I'd accidentally booked for three guests, but the apartment clearly fit four or more, with two bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds. It was booked without breakfast, and I hadn't asked to change anything before arriving because there seemed to be enough room for us. The rooms weren't clean to the standard I expected, and I personally had an allergic reaction to the bedding. Those issues were unpleasant, but the way the staff member handled the booking was the bigger problem. It felt like they were taking advantage of our late arrival and tiredness to make us pay unnecessarily. I love Turkey and its people, and I've always had good experiences here, so this was particularly disappointing. One employee's behavior can harm both a hotel's reputation and the image of the country. I'm sorry if my frustration sounds strong; I don't want to hurt anyone's livelihood. I just want to give honest feedback and encourage better staff training and customer service, so other guests don't go through the same thing.

The bathroom was dirty when I checked in, and breakfast service didn't feel professional. The cleaning and restaurant staff didn't wear clothes with the hotel's logo, so it was hard to tell whether they worked for the hotel.

My bestie and I stayed here for a week after surgery, and all the staff looked after us so well and accommodated everything we needed. The only problem was that the AC didn't work on warmer nights, but we managed. Thanks for having us!

The female manager and the gentleman serving breakfast were both incredibly accommodating. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help, and we were amazed by the hospitality. The rooms have been remodeled, and the bathrooms are clean with nice tiling. They were nothing like the grossness you'd definitely experience at pretty much any Days Inn hotel in North America, or the dumpy, cold manner you'd expect there. It makes us quite sad that the American hotel experience is so utterly terrible and costs 3-4x as much. Wyndham properties in Turkey offer a completely different experience from what you get, or don't get, in North America.

+ We tried this hotel twice in one week. + The location is quiet and excellent, and the price is reasonable. + The rooms are very hygienic and smell outstanding. + Haroun bey deserves special thanks. He was friendly and welcoming while keeping an eye on everyone at the same time. - The staff could improve their English.
