There was barely any furniture in the rooms, and the bedsheets were really old. The WiFi was poor too.

The apartments were quite nice, but sadly not very clean. What bothered us most was the lack of warning that every day, from midday or sometimes earlier until the early hours of the morning, there'd be no water. They didn't provide emergency water containers, so we had to collect water ourselves and fill them before the taps ran dry again. We also tried the laundry service, which was advertised as including drying, but our clothes came back soaking wet. There was no proper way to hang them in the room, and when we asked for help, nobody helped. They just shrugged. Since we were leaving the next day, that was incredibly frustrating. The accommodation, and especially the service, just wasn't worth the money.

The place was so dirty that I would have felt safer and cleaner sleeping at a bus stop. There was no water in the room until early morning, and when it finally came on, it was cold. I had to heat water in the kettle just to wash. Dried fruit scraps were left on the table, food stains covered the sofas, and there was hair in the shower. After reading about bugs in other reviews, I spent the night anxious that something might crawl out of the bed. I just hope I didn't pick up an illness. The place is difficult to reach, up in the mountains, and nowhere near the heart of Çankaya. I was stuck staying there, and it's the filthiest place I've ever been. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I suspect the good reviews are self-serving, and I'll complain to the relevant authorities. I've attached a photo of my sock and the dirt underneath.
