We spent three nights here while visiting Ankara. It's very central, and the welcome started with smiles from the bell desk and Leyla at reception. In the room, there was a fruit platter, nuts, and a personalized note from the GM, which made me feel special. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. They did their best to meet my requests and always served us with a smile. A good experience, and I'd recommend it.

The hotel itself was okay, but the weekend noise from a nearby music venue went on from 9pm until 6am. Putting someone staying more than one night on a lower floor when the hotel knows about that noise is reprehensible. We seemed to have a choice between a room that stank of cigarette smoke and one where the constant music meant no sleep. Saying we're unhappy and unrested barely covers it.

Even in the middle of the city, it was surprisingly quiet, which was a real plus. The rooms are compact, but cozy and very clean, and I especially liked the beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent, and the reception staff were so welcoming and caring. I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.

From check-in through check-out, the team looked after us the whole time and we had a really pleasant stay. Thanks to the hotel manager and everyone there.

The location is good, breakfast is good, and the staff were helpful and polite, but we still won't stay here again. We tried three rooms and they all had the same problems: beds that are too small, and cigarette smell even in the non-smoking rooms. Central ventilation carries toilet smells from the whole floor, so to sleep we had to open the window and keep the bathroom door shut.
