The location is perfect, right in the historical old town, and the hotel was quiet with no noise. Our room was beautiful and had a nice view. Coffee, juice, and snacks were free 24/7, and the minibar was complimentary too. The staff were very helpful, even keeping our luggage safely for two days. Special thanks to Şeyma at reception, who was so friendly and professional and made the stay better with her warm hospitality. I definitely recommend staying here.

We got no sleep, and the staff were rude. Between the hostile service and the safety concerns, this was a nightmare. When we calmly pointed out a billing error, the blonde female receptionist, whose hair was not naturally blonde, lost her temper, swore at us, and threw papers across the desk. She was completely unfit for a customer-facing job. The rooms are about 10 metres from the road, and the walls might as well be paper. We could hear full conversations and slamming doors next door, then shouting from drunk people all night, followed immediately by loudspeaker prayers at 6:00 AM from the neighboring building. Sleep felt physically impossible. The place seemed to be falling apart. There was a cracked glass panel on the floor along a route leading to a 4-5m drop, a serious safety concern. See the photo attached. Before booking a trip to Antalya, I'd strongly urge people to sort the reviews by 'Lowest' and see the recurring problems management clearly refuses to fix. There are far better hotels in Antalya. Don't waste your time and money here.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were polite and nice. There were refreshments available 24/7 to enjoy near the pool or lobby. We also met the cutest cat there! Highly recommend this hotel for Antalya.

The courtyard and the hotel's style made for a laid-back, relaxed stay that we enjoyed far more than our previous time at the Marriott. Its location was exceptional: restaurants, bars, and historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate were all within a 5 minute walk. We couldn't rate this hotel more highly.
