Cockroaches were crawling around the room, and the bedding looked dirty and unwashed. When I asked for clean towels, the staff refused and were rude and dismissive. Breakfast was poor, barely edible, with few choices and bad hygiene. Their attitude made an awful stay even worse. I wish I could give zero stars. Save your money and stress; this place needs to fix its cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality before it should be operating.

The staff made the stay especially nice, with a special thanks to Mr. Ahmet and Tunuer for being so friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was modern, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast had plenty of fresh options. Grand Nergiz Hotel is also handy for Mark Antalya mall and public transport. Great value, and I’d happily return and recommend it.

A clean place in a good location. Parking may be difficult, and if two people share a room, they have to use the same entry pass.

The breakfast was delicious, and everything was so clean. After several trips to Antalya, this was the best service I've had. Mehmet bey, Ahmad bey, Secil, Salman, and the housekeeping ladies were all wonderful. Top-notch stay, thank you, and see you next time.

I'm a woman and the staff helped me a lot, especially the kind waiters. My room was small but clean. I was particularly grateful that they could give me a room when I arrived in the morning. Thank you so much!
