Breakfast was bad enough to make me question the place: the bread and oranges were moldy. When I reported it, they replaced the bread with another loaf that was five days past its expiry date. Serving moldy and expired food felt dangerous and irresponsible. The room and bathroom weren't any better. The toilet had no soap, the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom whenever we showered, there was no trash bin, and cleanliness overall was poor. Reception had no English-speaking staff, so even simple requests were frustrating. Basic questions got a blunt no, with no explanation or effort to help. The whole place felt neglected, poorly run, and unprofessional, with no respect for guests or hygiene. I regret spending my money here. It was disgusting and infuriating. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

For one night at an affordable price, the rooms did the job: clean, comfortable, and suited to our basic needs. They're no-frills, but make a solid base if you're looking for good value. The spa was the real highlight of our short visit. Its services were quite expensive, but worth the splurge for us and a lovely way to make the one-day trip feel special. If you're on a budget and still want to spend on a great spa experience, this could be a good choice.

I travel to Turkey more than five times a year, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed at there. The staff's attitude was poor and unprofessional, they didn't help with luggage, and communication was very bad. The rooms were very small and uncomfortable, and breakfast wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The bus leaving without us was the final blow. It was due to pick us up at 5 a.m., but the hotel didn't bother to tell us, and we lost $420. We were visiting from the USA in August, with Antalya as our last stop, and the stay was a disaster. I rarely review places unless they're extremely bad. I gave one star only because zero wasn't an option. I don't understand how this hotel has four stars. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and couldn't speak any English at all. Our room was so cramped that we couldn't open our suitcases. We asked to change rooms, but were told this was their family room and there were no alternatives. We then asked them to remove one bed for our luggage, and they said they'd do it in the morning because it was late. They never did. The bathroom was dirty, with no soap, toilet paper that looked previously used, and a missing sink drain cover. The blankets felt more like towels. There was no phone or garbage can in the room either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When the earthquake happened in 2023, I survived and came to them from Gaziantep. The owner especially, along with the staff, welcomed me and my children, gave us clothes, and showed us empathy. I love this place. Many thanks to them again, and I hope to see them soon.
