Piyes Otel

We had booked three nights, but after just one we wanted to leave and the staff completely ignored us. The whole stay felt awful. The shower head was rusty and wouldn't stay in place, so one of us had to hold it during a shower. There were stains on the bedsheet, and touching it made our skin itch with an allergic reaction. It left us worried about the hygiene.

We really enjoyed our 12 nights here and hope to return. The location made getting around easy, with Mark antalya mall a five minute walk away, the old town nearby and the metro just three minutes on foot. Our room was spacious, lovely, clean and had everything we needed. A big thank you to all the receptionists for being so warm, helpful and welcoming. We also miss the cats and little kitten by the hotel, and loved seeing the staff look after and feed them. We'd happily come back and recommend staying here.

Shops, markets and bus stops nearby make the location really convenient. Breakfast was pretty good and filling, which says a lot since I don't usually eat it. The hotel looked nicer than many others too. Service was great, and all the receptionists were really friendly. I especially liked the tattooed guy at reception, though I've forgotten his name. He made us feel welcome and helped us so much. I'd definitely return and recommend the place.

The old town is easy to reach from here, and the reception team were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Our room could use some repairs and a better clean, though the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
