The hotel is very nice, and Mr. Cihan is a lovely person. Our room was so clean. The terrace on the top floor has a view of Hagia Sophia mosque and the sea. We had free coffee every morning. Thank you for everything.

It was a pleasure to visit Istanbul for the first time with my family and stay at this little hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good service. It's great value for money and well located, about a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, lovely restaurants and cafés, and other tourist spots. We'll come back with the family next time, inshallah.

They canceled our confirmed New Year's Eve booking at the last minute, apparently so they could resell the room for more. They lied, shifted blame, and seemed to care only about profit. There was no honesty, professionalism, or respect for guests. Book at your own risk. They may cancel when they can charge someone else more.

Everything is within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly. I stayed with my family and highly recommend this hotel.

The day before check-in, the hotel canceled our whole group's room reservation, saying our credit cards were invalid. That wasn't true. I've never had service this rude before.
