Arena Luxury

We struggled to fit four people in the room. There was only a double bed, so my two kids and I had to sleep sideways while my husband took the couch. The room itself was clean, but the furniture felt poorly made and low quality. Outside noise came through even with the windows shut, since the room faces a busy street. The air conditioner was above the entry door, not in the bedroom. There weren't enough drinks provided, and with no phone service in the room we had to go ask reception for water each time. The little fridge didn't fit properly in its cabinet, the toilet was cramped, and there was no laundry service.

The staff were so courteous, and I really appreciate how they treated me. I came to Istanbul on a trip, and this was the cleanest and best hotel I’ve seen. Thank you so much.
