Cip hotel istanbul

€500 was taken from my hotel room, and €500 in fake notes were left in its place. I felt completely unprotected and ignored. The hotel made no investigation, gave no support, and accepted no accountability. Staff were rude, aggressive and unprofessional, denying everything instead of helping. I went to the police too, but they were unhelpful and disrespectful and offered no real assistance. This is a serious security failure, and I don't think the hotel can be trusted. If you stay, don't leave valuables in your room. Absolutely not recommended.

It's a pretty average hotel. The location is perfect, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good, with a nice range of choices. The pool is okay, though a little small. The Turkish hamam is sometimes not clean enough and doesn't feel cold enough. Not having a car park is the main drawback and makes things a bit difficult.

Getting around was easy, with shops and little cafés nearby and the metro making other places accessible. I spent a comfortable week here. It was quiet, clean and relaxing, and I slept well each night. The staff were friendly and respectful. I enjoyed using the clean sauna and swimming pool several times. Breakfast was good, everything worked fine, and I'd be happy to come back.

We spent eight nights here for a chance to rest, and it was just what we needed. The staff were attentive and so welcoming. When we had a room issue, Mr. Huda Mohamed from Guest Relations helped quickly and kindly, and we really appreciated it. The area has an old, nostalgic feel, with homely traditional buildings. Just a few steps away, the surroundings become more modern, with cafés, restaurants and local spots. The Ocean and its lovely view are a few hundred meters away, about a ten-minute walk. The Istanbul big city center is around 15 minutes by metro. Breakfast was good and made a pleasant start to the day. We'd gladly return for the atmosphere and the people.
