I spent four days here and would choose it again if I visit Istanbul. The lobby entrance is beautiful and a nice place to relax. Staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ready to answer questions. The location is excellent, close to many attractions including Grand Bazaar and blue mosque, with a tram stop conveniently nearby.

The reception is open 24 hours, which made things convenient and gave me extra peace of mind. The hotel was easy to find, with a warm atmosphere and clean, well-kept rooms. Everyone on staff was kind and professional, and they helped with everything I needed, including airport transfers and suggestions for tourist attractions and restaurants. They clearly care about guests and the details that make a stay comfortable. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place where you can relax. I’d be very happy to return and confidently recommend it.

Sefa and the team made my stay at Diamond Beyazıt Hotel in Fatih, Istanbul truly memorable. The rooms were clean, service was efficient, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. From check-in through check-out, everyone treated me with warmth and professionalism. Sefa was especially attentive and friendly, knew the area well, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make sure I was comfortable. The hotel was clean and had the basic amenities I needed, and it’s within walking distance or a short tram ride of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar. But it was the people who really made my four days at Diamond Beyazit Hotel earlier this month so pleasant. They treated me like family and went out of their way to help with anything, big or small, including general advice. The manager, Süleyman, took time to welcome me and check that I was comfortable. Sefa and Çiya were also brilliant, promptly taking care of anything I asked for and making sure I was happy. I’ll definitely return. Thank you to Süleyman, Çiya, and Sefa for making the stay memorable.
