Breakfast had a wide range of delicious choices, and the service was both outstanding and quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone, especially the reception team, was friendly, professional and welcoming. Hassan deserves a special thank you. He was kind and respectful, listened carefully to every request and was always ready to help make things right. Staff like him are why guests return. His attitude and service have me wanting to come back not just once or twice, but hundreds of times.

During my short stay, Muhammet Ovali made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I travel often, and I haven’t met another hotel employee who showed such genuine care and concern. His kindness and attentiveness made a real difference, and I’ll certainly choose this hotel again when I return to Istanbul. I look forward to seeing Muhammet again. Thank you for having such a wonderful member of your team.

I’ll be back around May or June and will definitely stay at Euro Park Hotel Istanbul again. The place was clean, well managed and good, but the people there are what made the visit special. Irem, Yigit, Asrin, and Muhommet were consistently helpful, accommodating and genuinely caring. They all spoke excellent English, so communication was easy and the stay felt comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The service was the best part. Everyone was caring, helpful and cheerful, and the front desk was excellent. I went to the cafe for Turkish tea, and the worker gave it to me for free once it was ready. Such a kind gesture. The staff are funny too and always happy to help. The rooms were really comfortable, and both the sauna and fitness room were very good. 10/10 service, 10/10 rooms, staff 10/10. Best hotel I’ve been to, thanks to the amazing customer service.
