Galata Masterpiece Hotel

It was a relaxing stay, with a clean, comfortable room that was nicely designed and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel is very close to Galata Tower and public transport, and you can walk to everything. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. They even found us things the hotel didn't have available, which was above and beyond. I'd definitely stay again on a future trip to Istanbul.

What stood out most was the location in Karaköy. Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Galataport, the ferry area, Tomtom, and Çukurcuma were all within walking distance, and the lively, charming neighborhood made exploring different parts of Istanbul easy. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout, especially Mahmoud, who was particularly friendly and professional. Reception made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, looked like the online photos, and had comfortable beds. A few manageable improvements could make the hotel even better. The toiletries were very watery and low quality, especially the soap and shower products, and ran out quickly. Water also escaped from the shower onto the bathroom floor, as there didn't seem to be a door or glass partition. Some furniture was shaky, and there were visible stains on the hallway carpet. None of that ruined our stay. We really enjoyed being there and would happily return or recommend it. The location and exceptionally kind staff outweighed those minor issues.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They shared useful tips, recommended restaurants we loved, and even helped us find specific services we needed in Istanbul, including late at night. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable, and we came back each time to find it tidy with fresh towels and slippers. Galata Master Hotel made our vacation so much better. Its location is amazing, just minutes from Galata tower and a short walk to Istiklal and Taksim square. 100% recommended.

We had a great stay with our group of 23 friends. The hotel staff sorted out our reservations and room assignments quickly, and even upgraded one room so our friends could enjoy their stay. They were also very helpful with arranging a taxi and booking a restaurant for such a big group, which made that night easier. The hotel is right in the center, near restaurants, coffee places, shops, and bars, but it wasn't noisy at all. We could have a quiet evening on the top floor terras. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.
