The rooms were spacious, the staff were nice, and the location was very good. It was a good stay for reasonable money, though it could get a little loud, especially in the mornings.

I spent 12 days here and had a wonderful stay. The room service was done with care, and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The employees were always polite and kind, and ready to help. Cemel, Halil, Gulay, Aras, Mehmet, Seher, and the others whose names I don’t know deserve congratulations for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely come back, and I’m grateful for all the attention and care I received from you at Hotel Galatahan. Thank you very much. The location is perfect, three minutes from Galata Tower, close to other tourist sights, and easy to reach by public transport. The service was simply perfect.

For the price, this was a fantastic deal: a small but nice room with a fridge, TV, coffee and tea, a good shower with strong water pressure, and breakfast included. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the spice bazars, ferry ports, Galata Tower, and Taksim Square. Some streets are uphill, so you need to enjoy walking and be fit. The cleaning staff were great and the front desk professional. I took a bus from the airport into the city and then a taxi, which saved a lot. I’d definitely stay again.

Aras and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The hotel was safe, calm, and clean, just a few meters from Galata Tower, with a great view and delicious breakfast. I totally recommend it and would love to return if I get the chance.

The staff were friendly, and the building was generally quiet. Its central location was a plus, but the rooms need serious renovation. The walls were peeling, there was a damp smell, and having no AC was brutal.
