The shower pressure was amazing, and once the warm water came through after a few minutes, it stayed warm as long as you were patient. The location was quiet and easy to find. Service was fine and the staff were kind, but no one was there when I arrived. I sat locked outside for a full seven minutes before someone finally came. The room wasn't as nice as advertised, which might have been okay, but there were problems. The toilet seat hadn't been cleaned, the towels had quite a few marks, and the sheets were uncomfortable. Most of all, the air conditioning couldn't cool the room. It never got below 24 degrees during my stay, and I could barely sleep.

There were ants on the floor, and the sheets and towels were stained. The room hadn't been cleaned. When we asked the owner to clean it, he got aggressive and was incredibly rude. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I booked through agoda, but the door was kept shut when guests arrived, and no one was available at reception. Totally irresponsible. The staff were rough, shouting at and scolding guests. The owner's response only confirms that attitude. Instead of trying to improve things, they look for justifications.

The owners gave us very attentive, special care and helped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to all the main places, with restaurants, shops, and plenty of nightlife in the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the prices are good. A very good hotel for families or couples.
