The staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived at Hotel Fresia. They were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, which made the stay special. The hotel is close to public transportation, restaurants, and many main attractions, so it was easy to get around Istanbul. My room was spotless, cozy, quiet, and had what I needed to relax. The bed was especially comfortable after long days exploring the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. Five stars for the staff, comfort, cleanliness, and the whole experience. I'd happily stay at Hotel Fresia again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Please all go to this amazing hotel ❤️!

I've stayed at Hotel Fresia twice, and both visits were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, beautiful, and well maintained, with a lot of attention to detail. Its central, convenient location is ideal for exploring the area. Everyone on staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and made me feel at home right away. I'd definitely return and recommend Hotel Fresia for a pleasant, relaxing stay with lovely people and a fantastic location.

The nearby club's loud music was an issue, but the staff were helpful enough to provide earplugs. It's a great little hotel in central Istanbul, though it could use a bit of refreshing.

The room was cleaned properly each day, and the reception guys even helped carry my heavy suitcases downstairs. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The only real problem in the room was low shower pressure. During my stay, Istanbul had a city-wide water issue and the hotel's tanks ran empty. The staff were clearly stressed and very apologetic, while I was the one trying to calm them down! Good hotel for the price, with an excellent location.

Fresia was lovely for a short stay. There was a restaurant and bar just down the street, yet mornings were super quiet and the lively street didn't disturb my sleep. The room was beautiful and clean. It's easy to connect to the funicular, boats, and IST airport, and the arty area of Çukurcuma is nearby. I'd stay here again on a return to Istanbul.
