This is an average hotel and not worth the hype. The rooms are very, very small, as are the toilet and shower, and when we had a problem with our room, the staff refused to move us because the hotel was full. Reception didn't speak English very well, which made communication difficult. There's no vent to clear steam or toilet odors, so smells linger. Breakfast was meager, with no dishes available like in most other hotels, and the portions ran out quickly if you didn't get up early. The price is high given these problems.

I stayed for 7 days about 3 weeks ago, and it wasn't what I expected. The rooms were very cramped, with nowhere to put luggage, no hanging cupboard space, and no chair apart from the beds. Cleaning was done every day, with fresh towels, and I can't complain about it. Room service was great. Breakfast had the same menu each day and got a bit boring after a few days.

I arrived with a confirmed reservation, but didn't get the welcome or help I expected. The staff acted unprofessionally and gave me no explanation. After a long wait, I was told the booking had been cancelled without a valid reason or an acceptable alternative. It caused a lot of inconvenience and affected my trip.

Everything I wanted for a city trip was here. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, and the staff were really kind and helpful. The tram is to the right and the metro to the left, with cheap, tasty restaurants around the corner. Breakfast was nice too, sweet and savory options, good coffee, and lots of fruit. The only thing I missed was a smile from the breakfast lady ; )
