Perfect location for reaching all the beautiful places on foot or by train or metro. The reception team made everything easy throughout our stay, the cleaning team kept our room spotless, and breakfast was delicious with wonderful service. Thanks to the whole team for a magic stay! We'll be back.

The hotel is fantastic, with a perfect location for walking everywhere. The staff are very nice, and the room and bathroom were both a good size and very comfortable. Trying a Turkish breakfast was interesting, but it's not quite my preference. I wish they had a standard European option too.

The breakfast here beat every other meal we had at restaurants. Listen to the reviews, it's AMAZING. The hotel and staff were great, and when our flight plans got mixed up, the manager kindly adjusted our checkout dates. You won't be disappointed choosing this hotel for your stay in Instanbul.

Emerald, the hotel's adorable cat mascot, is the sweetest, and Eren Bursa is a wonderful professional, kind, attentive, fun, and very friendly. The whole team deserves compliments. The breakfast was a perfect, varied Turkish breakfast, and I simply loved it. I've never stayed anywhere as beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean, with such excellent service. For me, this was the most beautiful place in the world and the best hotel I've ever stayed in. If I could give it a million stars, I truly would.

Our wishes were often taken care of before we even asked. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ercan and Eren at reception for their outstanding service. The airport transfer was perfectly arranged, and we got excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety. The central location made it easy to explore the area. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!
