Cemal Ö.
I planned to stay three days, then ended up there for nearly three weeks. It's a small, classic, cozy old-style hotel in a hot spot in Istanbul's old city, with a beautiful view. Moustafa and Safy, the two brothers who run it as a family business, are genuinely nice and honest, and gave me a lot of support. I enjoyed the long stay and walking around the neighbourhood. From there, many tourist attractions and a lovely view of the Marmare sea are about 5-10 minutes away. It's not a luxury hotel, and things could be improved. I looked at and compared most of the nearby hotels for price, service, and quality. For the price, this was the best place I found, with trustworthy, friendly people.
