The heating and electricity were switched off for a whole night, and in the extreme cold I was left freezing with no explanation or apology. The staff were rude, the service was terrible, and I felt completely disrespected. The room itself was in awful shape: very old, worn furniture, badly peeling walls that looked like orange peel, and a hole beneath the window covered with a wooden board instead of being properly fixed. That felt unsafe and unprofessional. The hotel was extremely dirty, with a level of cleanliness I found unacceptable. One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend it and will never stay there again.

The room was damp, smelled strongly unpleasant, and seemed poorly maintained. For such low quality, the hotel is very expensive. The staff also seemed opportunistic and tried to take advantage of guests. They even charged 200 TL just for parking!!! I wouldn't let my dog stay here. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in, and I strongly don't recommend it.

The room was so dirty it wasn't fit for a cat, and the hotel smelled bad. The elderly receptionist was impossible to talk things through with and completely uncooperative. Everything about the experience was terrible. This was the worst hotel service I've had in my life. Please read this before considering a booking.

Worst hotel ever. There was no service, no TV, no water, and the room wasn't clean.

The room was freezing at night because it wasn't insulated, and the bed and blankets were dirty. It was so tiny it felt like a closet, with no facilities in the room. I couldn't believe this was supposed to be a hotel room. I took photos, have a look. DO NOT GO THERE.
