K Suites Hotel

The food at the restaurant was actually very good, and we managed to check in after lunch. We arrived around noon, but were told it was too early. One staff member, speaking limited English, explained that they were doing quick maintenance in the room. Getting information was difficult because none of the staff spoke English, so communication was a struggle. The location isn't the best, though it's not too far from the center. Maybe I'd give more stars next time if I could communicate better with someone there.

The day staff were very nice and supportive. The night team, though, had some unprofessional moments. On our first night, nobody could fix the AC remote problem, so we slept in a hot room until it was replaced the next day. Tonight they wouldn't bring our luggage up. First one person said his friend was upstairs and would carry it, then said the friend was having dinner, and finally said he was sick. They seem to forget they're working in a hotel. I hope management addresses this unacceptable service and improves things.

The room was dirty, old, and in poor shape. The plumbing and kettle were broken, and the soundproofing was terrible. From the second floor we could hear loud conversations at reception. There was no door sign for either “do not disturb” or room cleaning. The photos online didn't match reality at all. The staff didn't speak English, even for basic communication, and there was no sense of proper conduct in any interaction from the very start. We ordered food from the hotel, waited two hours, and were then told payment was cash only. A horrible hotel!

Disgusting and dirty, and the bathroom kept clogging. The man at the front desk was disrespectful to my friend and me. He yelled in my face and hit the counter to show his disrespect. They forced me to leave even though I'd already paid. The worst place. Is that Turkish attitude, or is it just this hotel? Don't come here.
