The owner is lovely and helpful, and breakfast had a pretty good selection. You can eat on the rooftop, with views of the ocean and both mosques. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable, with hot running water in the bathroom. The toilet is right beside the shower, so if you're tall you may have to sit sideways. The location is amazing, though the singing each morning and night takes some getting used to. It was quite annoying at 6 am. There were mosquitos too, not many, but they were around. We didn't use the a/c because the weather was good. Highly recommend it, and hope to come back soon.

Breakfast offered a good range, and having it on the roof was the best part, with amazing views across the sea and city. The deluxe rooms also have spectacular views. It's very well located for exploring the city and its many sights.

The room was small but perfectly adequate, and the location is excellent. Service is second to none. We also loved seeing the family of cats that were always outside the hotel.

The reception staff were very well behaved and helpful. I especially want to give them 5 out of 5, including Mr. Farid, the morning shift in charge, and the other guy on the evening shift. The hotel is in a nice location, but I was upset that the rooms didn't resemble the pictures we'd seen on booking.com. We also couldn't get close to the hotel on arrival day because of a truck, and faced almost the same problem when leaving.

Our hosts were the most welcoming, friendly and helpful people we've ever encountered. They were accommodating too, and it was a pleasure staying with them. The location was perfect for the main attractions, restaurants and shops, with lovely views from the rooftop terrace. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast was included.
