The staff were friendly, and the place was mostly clean, but I spotted dog poop near the back pool as we were checking out. We were there for consultations at Medical park hospital in Florya, which was close by. The room was awkward to use, with odd floor levels, no bathroom tissue holder, and no option to use air conditioning; we went in mid-April. It’s also on a very busy street. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. I wouldn’t have picked it if the agency arranging our medical tourism stay hadn’t booked us there.

The breakfast was great, and the room was clean and nice. Everything I needed was handy, the service was good, and the staff were helpful. It was my first time here, coming from New York, and my first day at North Blue Life made me feel really good. I love this hotel and would like to stay again in the future. Thank you, North Blue.

Having a kitchen and plenty of room made recovery much easier, and I could log into my own Netflix account when I had downtime. I came from New Zealand for surgery, so being a short walk from the main road, university, and hospital was really useful. The staff were warm and kind, breakfast was delicious, and the pool and air conditioning were great in the heat. I loved the clean, modern minimalist decor too. Though it’s near a road, it gets very quiet after 10pm and the soundproofing is good, which I appreciated as a light sleeper.
