I stayed here a week ago and recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were well organized. I’m grateful to all the employees. The pricing policy was good too. I’d say this is one of the best hotels to stay at in Istanbul.

Getting to the upper apartments means using some very dangerous stairs, and there’s no elevator. The staff only speak Turkish.

I’d paid when I arrived, so being asked for another fee after a one-hour late checkout felt completely unprofessional. The staff treated me disrespectfully, and I found the way they demanded the extra payment unacceptable. This business doesn’t seem able to treat its customers properly. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
