Hotel Queens Land Istanbul

The room was spacious and really clean, and the location was good for reaching the main city sights on foot. Staff were friendly and polite. We booked breakfast, and it was always fresh and absolutely delicious. For the price, it was worth it, but the hotel needs upgrades, especially to the central heating. The room was quite cold even when we turned the air conditioning off. We were told the central heating wasn’t working yet because it wasn’t winter season, which was hard to believe since the same central ventilation was blowing hot air at reception and in the lobby. A lot of the sockets didn’t work, so in a room booked for two, only one of us could charge electronics. The shower doors were very hard to open and close, and water leaked from all sides. Since staff enter the rooms every day, I’d also recommend leaving more toilet paper, especially when there’s a baby in the room.

The relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes it a comfortable place for an informal meetup, coffee or a light meal. The food quality can be inconsistent, and it’s a fairly simple spot rather than somewhere that stands out. It’s not a must-visit, but if you’re nearby and want somewhere laid-back to sit and unwind, it works. “Queens Land” in Istanbul seems more like a small, casual place such as Queens Land Cafe & Restaurant than a hotel.

The rooms were perfectly clean, and the staff made us feel like part of the family. The hotel’s close to everything, with a good variety at breakfast. Especially grateful to Uncle Erdal and Ömer. We had a magnificent stay, truly wonderful, and I’d give it 10/10. One of the best hotels in Istanbul.

The staff were very friendly, and we were really pleased with our stay. The area was very good, close to restaurants and famous places. Our room was quite small but clean. Breakfast was good, and the man who served it was very nice.
