Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul

Kaya was very accommodating with our early check-in and helped us with a lot of things. The service was very good, and the location is great. The hotel is in the old town, with excellent views from its restaurants and terraces, and the lobby is beautiful. The room and floor area carpets were really old and dirty, which I didn’t find appealing. Apart from that, it was very good value for money.

Rooms are quite small, but they have everything you need. The hotel's clean and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, with excellent, friendly staff who are happy to help. On the sixth floor there’s a small round pool, plus a sauna, jacuzzi, and hot tub that are always quiet. There’s also a small gym, though its facilities are pretty dated. The multi-gym machine seems unsafe to use, but they keep it operational. Aside from that, our stay was excellent and I’d recommend it.

Azim was incredibly kind and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. His warm, professional manner made a real difference and helped make my stay easy, relaxed, and memorable. At the Radisson Hotel President Old Town, the room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. I especially liked the cozy bed, great shower, and calm atmosphere after a long day exploring. The hotel is right by the Old Town, with everything a short walk away, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was a treat, with lots of fresh, delicious options, from local dishes to healthy choices, all nicely presented. I felt genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. I’d definitely come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The rooms are quite small, and the property feels older and in need of remodeling. An update would make the overall experience better, even though the comfort and service were good. The staff were excellent, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was, within walking distance of all the major sites. It made exploring the city easy in just a few short days.
