The staff are what made my stay special. They were warm, welcoming, and kind, greeted me with smiles, and offered useful local advice. They really seemed to care about their guests. I spent 8 wonderful days here, and the location made everything easy. Main attractions, transport links, and local cafes were all nearby, so I could walk to go sightseeing or grab a quick bite. The rooms were clean, and I liked the overall atmosphere. My stay was flawless. For genuine Turkish hospitality in a great location, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I'll definitely be back!

It looks small from outside, but inside the rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel feels extremely cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Istanbul.

The reception staff were very rude, and they charged me double for two people when I arrived, even though I'd booked a double room with double beds. The hotel was very dirty, and the bathroom smelled really bad. There was no cleaning service at all. Take a look for yourself and you'll see the situation. DO NOT BOOK THIS POOR QUALITY HOTEL 😕 😐 😔.

I spent 4 days at Renzo Hotel Istanbul and was really happy with everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I next visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Tarik is a wonderful person, hardworking and kind, and thanks to him we had awesome days in Istanbul. If you're after somewhere to rest in a really good, very commercial location, this hotel is perfect.
