We were four in the family and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, and its location is excellent. What stood out most was how kind and warm the manager was. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and were glad to help with whatever we needed. Thanks to the management team for such welcoming hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel.

There was a noise issue with some guests who ignored quiet hours and were loud in the hallways. The staff didn’t ask them to quiet down, which I didn’t like. Apart from that, the place was super clean, the staff were really friendly, and the location is very good. It’s definitely worth it, and I’d recommend it to anyone heading to Istanbul.

Tantunabi is just across from the hotel, with great Tantuni at amazingly affordable prices, and Ehli Keyf nearby is a must for late night spots. The Marmaray station is only a 30 second walk away, and the hotel is quite central. This was our second stay at Safa Hotel Old City. It had only just opened on our first visit, but the service, cleanliness, and accessibility were already amazing. Now that some of the construction has been finished, things have only got better. We enjoy coming back for the clean rooms and quality service.

It’s right in central Istanbul, and I have nothing to complain about. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning our room. The hotel was amazing in every way. I recommend it without hesitation.
