Saratoga Hotel Sultanahmet

We had breakfast included, and it was tasty, generous, and different each day. The hotel is also handy for the main sights in Sultanahmet, all within walking distance, and getting to or from buses and trams is easy. We stayed together for 7 nights, then my husband stayed one extra night by himself. The staff were very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us tips on places to eat and where to find specific things. They helped us book a tour and were always polite and courteous.

The location made it easy to walk to most of the main attractions, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and ready to help, which made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

After the first night in the deluxe room, we moved to a different room for the next two days, and that one was much better. We had booked another room, but were given the uncomfortable, dark, damaged one instead. Thanks to the staff, especially Goar, the rest of our stay improved.

My family and I felt very welcome and well cared for here, which made the trip more memorable. The staff were kind and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed. The hotel was clean and very good value. It’s ideally placed for walking to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Grand bazaar, and other main sights. I’d recommend staying here if you want to explore on foot, and I hope to return soon 😃
