We spent 11 days here, and our sheets were never changed or the room cleaned. Even getting the towels changed for free took a lot of insisting. They said room cleaning cost some amount in dollars, not Turkish Lira. The receptionist compared it to renting a $50 room for $5 and said this was what you’d get. There wasn’t a single window that opened, or any other way to get fresh air. I’ve never had an experience like it. At night there were people shouting in the hallway until 1-2 AM, doors banging, and guests kicking doors when they forgot their cards. If I have to stay in the Eenyurt area in Turkey again, I won’t come back here.

Be cautious when dealing with them. If you’re unsure, book just one night first to try the service and judge it for yourself. That way, you won’t lose as much if you end up leaving the apartment without a refund.
