The terrace view was fantastic, and the room had everything we needed. It was simple, comfortable, clean, and carefully looked after down to the details. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if we get the chance to return to Istanbul.

The host was keen to help. They offered to plan an itinerary and even carried our bags down the steep road to our pickup point. The room was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed and a hot shower. I'd happily stay again.

Mr. Uğur and his friend managed the place and took great care of us. I arranged our booking with Mr. Uğur over WhatsApp, and when we arrived around 11pm, he was waiting and helped with our luggage. On the day we left, we checked out at 11am for a 2am flight. They stored our bags and let us wait for our ride on the rooftop. The room was just like the pictures, maybe even better, and the place was very clean. Great service and location, and very affordable.

I had booked and confirmed my stay on October 27, 2025, but the property cancelled it unexpectedly, just a week before my trip. That was really frustrating and threw off my plans, especially since I had booked well in advance. Two days before cancelling, they contacted me asking for cash payment. I had already confirmed I was willing to pay at the property, and I have written proof, but they still cancelled without giving a reasonable explanation. To me, it feels dishonest, and frankly like theft. The timing makes me wonder if they cancelled so they could sell the room again for more money. I've formally asked Booking.com to investigate this practice and kept all the documents supporting my concerns. Based on what happened to me, I wouldn't recommend this property.

A brilliant find for the price. Our room was great and clean, and we were in a quieter area while still close to everything. Local restaurants and the tram stop are nearby too. Highly recommended, and thank you!
