The location was good, which is why I gave it two stars. During our four-day stay the elevator was broken for two and a half days, so we had to carry our suitcases down ourselves. The rooms were cramped, with barely room for luggage or to get into bed comfortably. The sheets were stained and the towels had holes. I won't come back.

The breakfast is great for the price, definitely worth it. Staff were helpful, and when we asked to switch rooms they sorted it out without a fuss. The location is convenient, too. The big issue was the lack of sound insulation. We could hear every little thing from other guests. Some odd guests moved into two nearby rooms and kept going between them late at night, talking loudly around 2-3 a.m. The staff unfortunately didn't do anything about it.

We spent 11 nights here, and the hotel was a great deal for the money. The room was modern, well equipped, and very clean. Housekeeping came daily and changed the towels and sheets. Breakfast was good, and the location made it easy to get around, with the metro and tram close by. The street itself was fairly quiet even though the area is busy. The staff were amazing. On our last day they even gave me a backpack for free because my checked bag was over the weight limit. They also have a luggage scale. Really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.

The room was a little small, but it worked fine for us since we spent most of the day out exploring. Getting around from this location was easy, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had our child with us, and everything felt comfortable and well arranged enough for them to enjoy the stay too. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Thanks to the whole team for making the trip special.

The room was small, though it had what we needed, and we were out seeing the city most of the time anyway. The location was great, the place was very clean, and breakfast was good. We stayed five days as a family and found the staff friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay, and I'd come back.
