The room felt old, used, and dirty, with dust under the curtains. It was on the rooftop with no access to daylight, and its window wouldn’t open. The staff who looked after rooms brought fresh towels but didn’t clean or change the sheets. Breakfast is supposed to run from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., but when I came down at 9 there was nothing left, and they didn’t refill the buffet. The place seems not to have been maintained or cleaned in a long time. There are much better choices in Istanbul for this price.

The plumbing for the toilets kept malfunctioning, and they moved us three times because of it. Even though we paid for an upgraded room, they put two of us in a very small one. The hotel is very old and has had no maintenance. Customer service was poor and showed little empathy. 😪

The location was good, about a 10-15 minute walk to Sultan Hamet and Hagya Sofiya Mosques. The rooms and furniture are outdated and need immediate maintenance, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Breakfast was below average.

The hotel was closed for refurbishment, and they sent customers to a one-star hotel behind it. Disgusting. They claimed I could get my money back. I have a video but can't upload it.

The room feels a bit dated.
