The staff were the highlight for me, friendly, helpful, and always ready with recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean, with complimentary water, a fridge, and tea and coffee provided each day. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the location made Istanbul’s main attractions easy to reach on foot. I’d happily stay here again.

The buffet had lots of fresh breakfast options, and our room stayed remarkably quiet at night even though the location was great for exploring the city. It was spotless and modern, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Dovlet, Hussain, and the rest of the team made us feel welcome right from check-in, with attentive, genuinely friendly service. We’ll stay here again next time we visit.

My husband and I have traveled a lot, and Zeyn Otel is definitely in our top three! The reception team were so friendly and looked after everything we needed. When we arrived, they even gave us a really useful introduction to the city 😊 Absolutely amazinggggg!!!

Nurbek was especially lovely and made us feel so welcome. Everyone was attentive, respectful, and helpful from arrival right through checkout. Our room was clean and nice, decorated for our honeymoon, and they gave us a gift too. Breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We had an amazing stay.

Getting to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace means going up a couple of hills from the hotel. That was fine for my dad and me, though worth considering if hills are difficult for you. The hosts were wonderful. They carried our bags to the room at check-in, explained what to see in Istanbul, and were always happy to help. Everything was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom was cleaned daily, with a ribbon across the toilet lid to show it had been done, and the room was cleaned every day too. Breakfast was a tasty Turkish spread. It wasn’t huge, but it had everything I wanted. We had a great experience at Zeyn Hotel.
