I regret staying at Kayseri Seyir Evleri. The rooms were freezing and filthy, and service clearly wasn’t a priority. There was almost nothing in the room, not even a hanger, sugar, or a tea glass. The toilet was filthy with years of grime, the carpets were black with dirt, and the bed was yellow. The sheets smelled of sweat. When I asked for fresh ones, they didn’t bring them until a day later. All they seem to care about is money.

After the earthquake, we fled Malatya with our lives and started searching for somewhere to stay in Kayseri. Our home had been badly damaged. Seyir Park was the first place I called, and they found us an apartment without charging a fee. It was the first time we could put our heads on a pillow, on the third day after the earthquake. I’ll never forget their kindness during such a hard time. Many thanks to Mr. Şevket.

I’ve been staying here for the last two months, and it’s a clean, decent place for families or people traveling for work. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent. Fatma Hanım has been especially kind and helpful since we arrived. We’re very grateful to her.

We were very pleased with the service when we came for our soldier. They’d even thought to provide detergent, which was so considerate. They also helped by sending us a pair of pants we’d forgotten. I recommend going without hesitation. Thank you so much.
