Ercan at reception was especially kind and helpful, and the whole team was polite and efficient. I also really enjoyed the quick room service and the delicious breakfast. The room was luxurious and well kept, and the location made sightseeing easy, with major attractions and the Laleli tram station both within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay at Bekdas Hotel and would gladly return. Thanks for making the trip so enjoyable!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was nothing like the pictures online, and the mini fridge was broken. I told the manager three times over my seven-day stay; each time I was assured it would be dealt with, but it never was. Going through a whole vacation without a working fridge was really inconvenient. Poor service and a misleading presentation.

The room was clean and the staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. It’s a handy spot for shopping and sightseeing. My one letdown was how cramped the room was: with the bed just 15 cm from the inward-opening balcony door, I couldn’t get out onto the balcony.

The rooftop restaurant has a lovely view, and breakfast was decent. Getting around was easy too, with the tram and metro stations close by. The room cleanliness could have been better, and having just one key card for the room was inconvenient.

The restaurant food was nicely prepared, and the staff there seemed well trained and attentive to customers. I stayed at Bekdas Hotel in September 2025, and the service, location, room and price all met my expectations. The management was also very kind to me. I’d suggest staying here, I don’t think you’ll regret it.
