Manavgat Motel

The location worked well for us, close to Novomall shopping center, with a snack bar downstairs. The shopping center is quiet and peaceful, on the city outskirts beside a major road. There’s also a hotel and a school nearby. The place was clean and pleasant, with air-conditioned beds and balconies. The bathroom has no ventilation, which was the one downside.

We chose this place because it was described as a family hotel. On the first night, we woke at 3 a.m. to moaning sounds. During the day, we saw foreign women in the corridors with cigarettes, seemingly looking for customers, so I guess they rent rooms by the hour. The man at reception was very rude. The elevator noise carries through the whole building. Even though it’s new, this is a place to stay away from.

It’s clean and nice, centrally located and very close to the bus station, with reasonable prices. I think people who left bad reviews expected seven-star hotel amenities at this price.

The rooms are very clean, and the people are polite and helpful. For the price, it’s very reasonable. It would be even better if the room had a mini fridge.
