Ismail and his family were so kind, and the owner was very polite and helpful when we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious, and looked like the photos. The room was large and stayed clean, and the food was delicious. Each morning Ismail brought us breakfast, coffee, and tea, and he helped with every detail of our trip. I paid £660 for this stay and spent three weeks there with my son. I'm disabled and don't ask for much. Then I found out my mum had cancer, so I booked a flight for that same day. I was meant to stay another month, but the new manager seemed to care only about that. He said he didn't care about my family, told me to shut up and listen, and demanded another month's payment. He called the police. Once we could explain what had been happening, the police spoke plainly to him about his behavior. They apologized to me before leaving and helped us leave for a clean Airbnb until my flight. During those three weeks, no cleaning was done. I had to beg every day for clean towels, bedding, toilet roll, and other basics, and still didn't get them. The pool was out of season, but the state it was left in brought flies into the apartments. My ten-year-old was bitten all over by bugs from the unclean conditions. As I write this, he has two black eyes from how bad the bites are, and the manager didn't care. He just wanted more money, as if money were his whole concern. The way we were treated and spoken to was heartbreaking. The manager kept banging on my door every two minutes, frightening my son until he was crying. He eventually said we could stay two more nights, knowing how badly he'd treated us, but I left. I asked him to step back, yet he kept coming closer, which scared me after he had punched my door. No child should have to go through this fear and upset, and I wouldn't want anyone, especially someone in my condition, to face this. It's left me deeply traumatized. I'll report the manager to the government in Turkey. Turkey is beautiful, but this experience has made me think twice about ever returning. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS HOTEL AND NEW MANAGEMENT.

The food was very good, and the place was clean. The staff made the stay pleasant too, they were amazing, friendly, and full of energy.
