Gorukle Alpas Yasam Hotel

Breakfast is served at the table rather than as a buffet. They bring out a plate like the one in the picture, and although that’s different from what I expected, it’s good. The staff said to ask if I wanted more of anything. The room was clean and the staff were great. For the price, I’d recommend this hotel.

The breakfast attendant is kind and quick, and he never seems to stop working. Everyone here makes an effort to be helpful and welcoming. The service is very good.

The reception staff were great, and Yasin helped us a lot. Breakfast was okay, though there’s a bit of a language barrier, so having Google Translate handy helps. They said they couldn’t heat the milk because they don’t have a microwave. The hotel is new and clean, and the rooms feel like small studio apartments. There’s a washing machine, which is a big plus, and the smart TV lets you sign in to Netflix and other services, just remember to log out. The apartments aren’t all the same size, and some have oddly shaped layouts, but they’re still really nice. It’s a good option for business travelers, though it’s about 30-40 minutes from Bursa. We booked three rooms for five people, but each room only had towels and slippers for one person. There’s a stove, but no microwave, utensils, or cutlery. A microwave would have been more useful, since you could reheat hot drinks in the paper cups they provide.

Breakfast was filling and easy, and it came out quickly. The staff were friendly and happy to offer directions and suggestions.
