Comfort Suit Hotel

We got lots of tips for exploring the city from the friendly, professional staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean too. Highly recommended!

I stayed for three days from December 23, 2025. The room was freezing because the radiator wasn’t warm at all, and blankets didn’t make it comfortable. Even after I asked several times, the staff took the air conditioner remote and never brought it back. I won’t stay here again.

We had a great time at Comfort Suite Hotel in Van, where my friends Ali and Sattar and I spent three nights in November 2022. Mr.Dokkan, the manager, was polite and friendly, and took care of our requests quickly. He arranged a large, very comfortable two-bedroom suite for us, and it was very clean. The hotel is in the Sharafiyeh neighborhood, with easy access to shops and shopping centers. Breakfast was limited in choice but excellent. Back then, there wasn’t a lobby, which was the only drawback. A proper lobby has since been built, so that issue has been taken care of. We’d like to thank Mr.Dokkan again. I recommend the hotel, though the final choice is yours.

Hello. I stayed for four nights and saw how unplanned and disorganized things were. Whether a guest books one night or ten, a hotel owner should provide the best possible conditions. I expected a clean room with the facilities you advertise, but the room was dirty and lacked equipment. You seem to think your guests are satisfied, yet you delete critical comments on Instagram. In my view, most of the people who are happy with the hotel either haven’t stayed somewhere better or are used to luxury. I didn’t expect you to vacate the hotel, but I did expect a clean room. Delete my comments wherever you like, I’ll keep telling people, including on Iranian sites, that this hotel is very disorganized, poorly planned, and dirty.
